ORDERING
- Serious buyers only
- Orders are taken on a first come, first served basis
- All prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude shipping (unless stated)
- Colors displayed online may differ from the actual depending on your monitor settings and photography
PAYMENT
- Upon receiving your order confirmation which will include your invoice, payment is to be made within 3 working days otherwise your order will be cancelled and you will be blacklisted.
- If you feel you are not able to make payment within 3 working days, please inform us before the 3 working days is due.
- Once payment is done, please send us proof of the payment (i.e. Maybank / Paypal reference number/screenshot) so that we can verify the transaction.
- All orders will be shipped within 1-4 working days upon confirmation of your payment..
- All items will be packed in a bubble mail envelope
- Please note that we will only make 2-3 trips to the post office in a week as we have other commitments.
- Once your order is shipped out, we will provide you with the tracking number so that you can track the package yourself.
- All items will be checked prior to shipping for quality. Hence goods sold are non returnable, non refundable and non exchangeable
- PinkOrange will not be liable if your package were to be lost in mail or damaged during shipping.
